These seminars will cover a variety of tax related topics and are designed to prepare tax practitioners for the Enrolled Agent Special Enrollment Exam and the United States Tax Court Non-Attorney Admissions exam, to be held in November, 2016. The information provided will help EAs, CPAs, and attorneys become proficient in tax controversy and practice before the United States Tax Court.

Each course is offered for free, and will offer up to three New York and New Jersey CLE and CPE credits, as well as Enrolled Agent CE credits. Agostino & Associates asks that, in return, each attendee volunteers for three hours of pro bono service per class. In addition, attendees will have access to an online discussion forum, where they can review topics and ask questions throughout the series.

Finally, there will be an optional mock trial during the course of the series. This will be designed to help review the practical applications of evidence rules, and help prepare tax practitioners for a Tax Court trial.
