Madison, WI, June 03, 2015 -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- OrthoServiceLine.com, a free resource to the orthopedic community sponsored by Wellbe, is hosting a complimentary webinar featuring Michelle Rogers, Spine Coordinator and former Joint Coordinator for Methodist Dallas Medical Center, titled “Methodist Dallas Medical Center’s Joint Commission Journey.”
Methodist Dallas Medical Center designed their joint replacement program, called The Methodist Joint Academy, around the patient journey to include a spectrum of preparation, orientation, treatment options, and follow-up care. This webinar will describe:
• The process improvement goals set by the Methodist Dallas team for their program and Joint Commission certification
• How they implemented their plan
• How they use data to track their progress
• The results they have achieved over the past 3 years
• Real life experiences with Joint Commission visits
