SpaceMan, a custom closet and storage company based in Houston, has been named to the list 3 times since it began applying for the award in 2012. Those previous wins came in 2012, 2013, and now 2015.
The honor is seen as a profound achievement by SpaceMan’s founder and President, David Linda. “Of all the awards we have earned as a company, this is definitely the most special to me,” Linda said. “To know that we’ve built a company where people enjoy coming to work is immensely encouraging.”
Linda believes that their continued success with the Best Places to Work list is due primarily to their company culture. “Our core values here are treating each other with respect, focusing on solutions for problems and doing whatever it takes to make customers and coworkers happy.
