Coattec Registers Product Names with US Patent and Trademark Office

Press Release Summary = MAINZ, GERMANY, November 14, 2005 – Coattec Industries, Inc. (OTC: CTCK), announced today that the Company has registered the Coattec tradenames, "Coatflex," "Coattecflex" and "Difflex" with the US Patent and Trademarks Office. The registration of Coattec’s products in the US is a preliminary step in the implementation of the Company’s business plan outlining the manufacturing and marketing of Coattec’s housewraps and roofing foils in North America.

The Identification of Goods for the US Patent and Trademarks Office is as follows: "Plastic sheeting used in the construction industry, namely, a water repellant, antibacterial house wrap, underlay and roofing foil that inhibits mold, allows moisture to escape, is resistant to tear and noise, provides UV protection and is flame retardant" in class 17.
