enlisted the help of a psychic detective to help prove his innocence.
John Merritt was sentenced for execution in Miami Florida following his conviction
for the slaying of medical researcher Darrell Davis in 1982.
An eleventh hour appeal, based on inadmissible evidence being used at his trial, won
him a reprieve and his sentence was commuted to 35 years.
Now, acting on Merritt’s instructions, campaigners for his release have hired
Britain’s top psychic detective, Robert Cracknell, to help uncover crucial evidence
that will set him free.
Robert Cracknell, famous for his work on the Yorkshire Ripper case as well as dozens
of murders and kidnappings, lives on the island of Cyprus. The psychic detective
has written to the Florida Department of Corrections for permission to meet Merritt
