The Twin West Chamber, with more than 1,000 members in the western and northwestern suburbs and beyond, is the third largest regional chamber of commerce in the Twin Cities. Members submit nominations for the chamber\'s Entrepreneur of the Year and Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year awards, and each nominee undergoes a lengthy interview process before the Small Business Awards Task Force selects a winner.
