litigation section.

Ms. Swift's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, as well as intellectual
property litigation. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Swift volunteers with the Dallas
Volunteer Attorney Program and the North Texas Teen Court Summit.

Ms. Swift earned her law degree from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law. She holds a
bachelor's degree in economics, public policy and political science from Southern
Methodist University and a certificate in European legal studies from L'Universit
Panthon-Assas in Paris, France.
