Massively popular role-playing game Magic the Gathering is set
to attract thousands of gamers to the beautiful Italian city of Milan
this coming October, which will see hotel rooms in the city in higher
demand than usual for the time of year. DirectRooms.com, the leading

Magic the Gathering has grown hugely in popularity in recent years and now millions
of players around the world play both its online and card-based versions of the
fantasy game. The Milan Grand Prix Trials offer players a chance to test themselves

The event takes place on Friday and Saturday 8th and 9th October and will be held at
the Superstudio Più event venue in downtown Milan.
The format of the event is a range of different types of game - pick-up games are on

and Vintage tournaments to take part in.
Two of the game's artists, Todd Lockwood and Eric Deschamps, will also be in
attendance for keen fans of the game to get their cards autographed.
