Kayak, wakeboard, sail and windsurf through London’s biggest boating and water craft exhibition

-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- The Tullet Predbon London Boat Show is back and it is bigger and better than ever. This 500-exhibitor strong event spans eight days and incorporates all manner of water-based crafts from kayaks and canoes to giant 37-metre long motor cruisers. Basically, if it floats, you'll find it at the Tullet Predbon London Boat Show.

One of the highlights of this year's event is sure to be the Action Pool. Here visitors can try their hand at wakeboarding, windsurfing or kayaking and see a new side to water-based sports.

Other displays include historic vessels and tall ships, carbon-fibre canoes and super-fast sailing dinghies and some of the largest exhibitor boats in production found at the Royal Victoria Dock.

Aside from having fun, the Tullet Predbon London Boat Show is also a great place to learn new skills. There will be an anchor watch masterclass and boating for beginners areas and the chance to learn more about new and existing boats.

As an added bonus, if visitors attend the show between 17 and 20 January a special deal offering five shows for the price of one is available. The other shows on offer include: The Luxury Brand Show, The London Bike and Outdoors and Active Travel Shows. LondonTown.com therefore suggests a stay in the capital to make the most of this great offer and check out all the best shows the capital has to offer.

Thanks to LondonTown.com there is now such a thing as cheap hotels in London making a stay in the capital this January a reality. It has slashed rates at properties just a hop and a skip from the Tullet Predbon London Boat Show by as much as 31%. For example, the Novotel London Excel Hotel is now £103 per room, per night, down by 31% and the Aloft London Excel is down by 5% to £158 per room, per night.

The former is a slick and stylish four-star property right on the Thames boasting outstanding city skyline views from its outdoor terrace and the Upper Deck Restaurant and Bar. The latter is a trendy, casual three-star property connected to the ExCel International Exhibition and Convention Centre and just a stone's throw from London's newest shopping complex, Westfield Stratford.
