Equity Realty in Naples Announces Deep Water Well Project

Naples, FL, -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Local real estate company, Equity Realty, announced today that it will be donating $15,000 to finance a deep-water well in Africa with the help of child sponsorship organization World Vision. The donation will be put towards the construction and operation of a well that will be used to bring subterranean water to locals who do not have access to safe drinking water. According to the World Vision website, such a pump can provide as many as 2,800 gallons of water per day to 300 people, and cut a community's child mortality rate in half.

Along with accepting donations for water wells, World Vision also provides easy ways for anyone to sponsor a child.

The needs are so great, Equity Realty founder Tim Ryan said. Ryan has worked with World Vision in the past in fostering and sponsoring less fortunate children from Asia and Africa. The thing that impresses us about World Vision was that it has such a high percentage of money actually make it to the child.
