Attar Travel increases the number of its branches to 50

Attar added in an exclusive statement to "Almarkazy" that the rate of growth in tourism in the Arab region has dropped sharply in the recent years, as a result of the geopolitical events, which known in media "The Arab Spring".

He also pointed out that these events did not affect on the company, due to the nature of the company's activity, which depends on the foreign tourism, as well as its dependence on the activities of curative and sports tourism, Conferences trips, family trips, cruises and entertainment, in addition to the other types of tourism.

The Grossed Domestic Product of tourism in Saudi Arabia achieved an increase during 2010, up to 6.8% compared to 2011, reaching 70.2 billion riyals.

The Executive Director of "Attar Group", which acquires for about 8% of the market in Saudi Arabia, explained that the countries like Turkey, Malaysia, UAE and European countries replaced at the first rank of tourist attraction Substitute for Egypt and Lebanon.
