Press Release Summary = Give ‘N Take Network For Women has been expanding nationally! With a recent installment of fresh Event Managers in three locations, there’s no telling how far Give ‘N Take will go to empower professional women.

Press Release Body = New York City, NY – Networking, networking, networking! They say that’s what business is all about and Simone Kelly, President & CEO of Gots To Have It Marketing and Founder of Give ‘N Take Network for Women, knows it. She’s been the host of the Give ‘N Take Network for Women event for the past two and a
half years and has seen 60% of its members get new business as a result of the contacts made. “For those of you who simply hate the phoniness of some networking events, this is the place to be, because you cut to the chase. Egos are checked at the door …and we plan on keeping it that way,” states Ms. Kelly. “By developing a
strong support system such as Give 'N Take-- I will help grow women businesses and empower many to turn their "side hustles" into their full-time careers!”

Give ‘N Take holds events in New York, Westchester, New Jersey, Miami, FL and Washington, DC. This year the company has expanded in ideas, products and phenomenal women (and a few great men) that help organize, promote and host each GNT event in their respective city.

Here’s more about the dynamic women who host the Give ‘N Take Network events and want you to come down and experience the down-to-earth vibe and great energy of true networking, Give ‘N Take Style!

esides in Queens, NY with her husband Andrew, Co-Founder and CFO of C&G Enterprises and sons Josiah and Jeremy. “This network of professional women is a real force to be reckoned with and I’m glad to be a part of it.”

Tanya Osborne was born into a musical family. Her father, Brad Osborne, was a pioneer in Reggae music and instilled two things in Ms. Osborne: 1.) Being an entrepreneur is the only way to be successful, and 2.) Do what you love. From night clubs like The World and Nells to record companies like Jive and Atlantic, Tanya saw
how the music business works and used those experiences in several successful independent projects. In 1997, her life made a paradigm shift and she delved into the financial industry and found a company that “fit my life to a tee,” Primerica, A member of Citigroup.
In 2002, Tanya used the Give ‘N Take Network as a resource to generate new clients. The opportunity to become an Event Manager presented itself and Ms. Osborne jumped to the challenge. “I believe the best situations are win-win and with Give ‘N Take
everyone walks away a winner.”

Fadila Gathers is a Project Manager for a leading Healthcare company and an entrepreneur. As a Project Manager for eight years, she has managed multi-million dollar projects that focus on customer satisfaction and innovative products. Mrs. Gathers has a Masters Degree from Columbia University School of Public Health and
has a background in the health sciences. She began her entrepreneurial journey a little over a year ago when she decided to partner with a company named Market America and open an Unfranchise® business. Her Unfranchise® business, Lifestyle For
You, specializes in teaching people how to regain and maintain their quality of life through healthier living. Fadila heard about Give ‘N Take in early 2004 through a friend of a friend who attended the Westchester event. As a new business owner, Mrs. Gathers was eager to meet and network with interesting, like-minded women and
began attending events in New Jersey regularly. Within a few months, she volunteered to help Simone by coming aboard as Event Manager for New Jersey. “I saw this as a great opportunity to support women business owners and learn more about marketing
and promotion, while growing my own business.”

When: For those in the New York area, there will be a Special Co-Ed Give ‘N Take Event held at Wachovia Bank (Madison/45th), Wednesday, June 1st, 2005 at 7pm. With events occurring nationwide, you can visit the website to find out event times and

"I was looking for months to find a job in the entertainment industry and everyone knows that it's not what you know, or even how much experience you have, but who you know! I found that person "to know" at one of the Give 'N Take monthly meetings and was able to secure a job at MTV Networks. I'm so glad that there's a way where women can network like this!"

"Dear Simone,
Making the trip from Philly to NYC to attend the Give 'N Take Networking event was well worth it! I made numerous business contacts, got news that I can really use, and enjoyed the warm and energetic ambiance. The young lady I brought with me was
also impressed with the quality of networking that Give 'N Take offers. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to your next event!"
