Press Release Body = The Alenax (Tianjin) Bicycle Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary
of a New Jersey based corporation, has developed a new technology in indoor and
outdoor cycling with the addition of five(5)different pedaling modes to the
conventional 360-degree circular pedaling motion.

The Alenax bikes (recreational, fitness, and sports) come in different models for
all ages, with the capability of functioning in six different pedaling motions,
including one that closely resembles the body\'s natural walking and running gaits.

The China National Sports Bureau has awarded Alenax a Certificate as the sole
providers of Recreational, Fitness, Sports and training products for the China
National Bicycle Team. Negotiations are also underway for the participation of the
Alenax bikes in the Olympic Mark and Bike Event at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
