Kenneth Brown,
a native of Chicago, is the owner and operator of two very successful McDonald’s
restaurants in the Metro-Detroit area. Ken began his career with ARA Services—a
food management company. During his tenure as assistant director of Food Service,
Ken developed a passion for leadership and excellence. Ken spent the next 12
years working in many facets of the food service industry. He has held many
positions including general manager for Wendy’s, sales manager for Kraft
Foods and sales consultant for the Asmussen Waxler group and McDonald’s
Corporation.
