The DHL Life Style courier service was chosen to offer Ernest Jones customers further flexibility and convenience. DHL uses Lifestyle Couriers who are familiar with their local area and will aim to deliver orders when the customer is likely to be at home. However, should redelivery be necessary, DHL offers a flexible re-delivery service. The service is available for any products bought online from Ernest Jones, including Tag Heuer watches and diamond engagement rings through to gifts and tableware.

A secure and reliable service, the DHL courier delivery costs £6 for any order and has the following lead times, which are provided in checkout:

Ernest Jones will continue to offer secure Royal Mail delivery services at their usual rates with Standard, Next Day and Free Delivery on orders over £50.
