(Okemos, Michigan) MagazineLine, an online magazine subscription retailer, has now added DevConnections, System iNews, and Better
Software magazines to its selection of over 900 titles. All three titles cover
computer programming for professionals.
According to the publisher, Penton Technology Media, DevConnections Magazine is a“one-stop resource for planning, writing, building, and testing code for all
applications and web services. DevConnections delivers how-to articles on building
enterprise ASP.NET web applications, plus broader coverage of the .NET Framework,
Visual Studio, and beyond.” A one year subscription to the magazine is $34.99.
System iNews is also published by Penton Technology Media, who describes the
magazine as “the ultimate source for System i information, news, and education.”
System iNews also allows one to “Find the solutions you need from systems management
best practices and programming tips.” A one year subscription, which is 12 issues,
costs $149.00.
The publisher of Better Software, Software Quality Engineering, describes the
magazine as relevant and timely. It contains “in-depth articles on testing, tools,
defect tracking, measurement, requirements, design, development, process
improvement, security and management.” It also covers emerging technologies and“expert analysis and real-world case studies in the areas of project management and
people, process improvement, requirements, design and development, and test and
evaluation.” $32.00 will provide a subscriber 6 issues across the span of a year.
When Greg Holmes, a programmer for MagazineLine, heard the news, he commented, “I’m
excited to see us expanding our selection of magazine subscriptions for IT professionals.” MagazineLine expects to continue to add
even more titles to this category, as it looks to expand its selection of
professional and trade magazines.
MagazineLine.com visitors will be able to find the titles in the Computers category,
under “Programming,” as well as the Professional and Trade category, under“Information Technology.” Customers may also order the magazines through the mail
or the company’s order hotline: 1-800-959-1676.
