The China Incentive Business Travel & Meeting Exhibition at Beijing’s China National Convention Centre between 31 August and 2 September is expected to boost Beijing hotel bookings for the period

Well known trade fair organisers Reed Exhibitions will stage the China Incentive Business Travel & Meeting Exhibition at Beijing’s state of the art China National Convention Centre with the aim of showcasing the benefits of tapping into China’s meetings and incentives industry (MICE), barely explored to date.

Exhibitors at the innovative trade show will range from upper level tourism service providers, airlines, spas and resorts, conference and convention venues, trade associations and destination management companies. The focus will be on means of targeting an elite class of buyers for the facilities on display in order to take advantage of China’s booming economy.

The show is aimed at representatives from Chinese and international Mice companies in the airline, hotel and hospitality sectors and from the tourism and travel sector worldwide. Reed Exhibitions are convinced that the large number of attendees expected will make the inaugural event a success.

Mid to high range hotels in the immediate vicinity of the convention centre are likely to fill up fast, with cheaper hotels following. To ensure suitable accommodation, DirectRooms.com is suggesting that bookings for even a cheap Beijing hotel be made well in advance.
