Top prize for the best video on the comparison site goes to a
man from Middlesex
08 November 2010 – First prize of an Apple iPad (16GB) goes to Tim Bunn from
Middlesex, in Carrentals.co.uk online video competition. His video 'a superhero’s
car?' beat the rest of the competition.
The online competition was started in July, of this year, where applicants could make and
upload a 90 second video to the Carrentals.co.uk YouTube page. There was no charge
for entering, and Carrentals.co.uk judged the three best video entries for the
prizes.
Tim said: “I've never won anything before, never mind something as valuable as an
iPad. It's awesome news!”.
The YouTube channel – CarrentalsCarHire, is
Carrentals.co.uk's video page, where all of the entries can be watched, including
the winner 'a superhero’s car?', 2nd place 'Mini Motorhead' and third place's
'Mr Ride'. As well as the iPad, the other prizes were £50 of John Lewis Vouchers
and £25 of shopping vouchers, respectively.
“Our YouTube page has
had some very creative videos put on it, and we are amazed at the popularity of the
competition. In our eyes, Tim's video was a worthy winner as it was very well
created. All of the videos were great, but we'd like to thank Tim for going the

Top name companies such as Budget, Auto Europe, Holiday Autos, Alamo and Sixt, in
more than 10,000 different global destinations have their prices checked and shown
on the Carrentals.co.uk site.
