Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija Supports the biggest Dancesport Competitions in Latvia

Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija has shown its support for the biggest Dancesport competitions in Latvia.

The Latvian Championship and the Latvian Cup Competition both took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija, with the Radisson Blu Hotel in Riga, Latvia being the main sponsor of these compeitions.

In honour of Radisson Blu Hotels in Riga sponsoring the compeitions, the title given to the state level competitors was named the Radisson Blu Cup. This was the final championship and the best couples will go through to represent the State in the European and the World Championships that will take place in the first half of 2011.

The competitions lasted for two days at the hotel in Riga, with three dance competitions taking place each day. Participants ranged from children (beginners) aged four and up, as well as adult pairs of Latvian Dancesport elite dancers. These adult pairs contested for their ranking in Latvia and for their opportunity to represent Latvia in the World and European Championships.

Furthermore, these competitions were the most important state level competitions of 2011, and saw elite Dancesport athletes and dance lovers from all over Latvia participate.
