MoonPhaze Publishing Completes Location Change

Groveland FL USA,  2018-Jun-13 — /EPR Network/ — MoonPhaze Publishing, a small press of genre fiction, has completed the re-location of their home office and is ready to work.

“It was a long process,” said Ms Trudy Myers, president of the company. “We basically shut down everything in late 2016 to facilitate the move. But I’ve got manuscripts to edit, so it’s definitely time to get back to work!”

MoonPhaze Publishing specializes in 6 genres: Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, Paranormal, Westerns, and Mysteries. They started with e-books, and currently have several fantasy, science fiction and one western available on smashwords.com, as well as other e-book retailers. Their first paperback release was “The Stone Builders”, a science fiction novel by John Lars Shoberg. Their next project is a romance, “Hank’s Widow”, by Linda (NMI) Joy. They plan to have it available late in 2018.

MoonPhaze Publishing had been located in Omaha, NE since it began in 2011. Its new home is 2,000 miles away, in Groveland, FL. Not all the employees have come to Florida with the company; they remain in their midwest homes and will work long-distance. “I don’t see it will be much different,” said T. Applegate, a proofreader and Ms Myers’ assistant, in an email. “Cell phones, e-mail, drop-boxes… that’s the same way we organized our work when we were in the same area.” On the other hand, future hires be in the central Florida area, as the company grows.
