SITEL Laboratory is set up in a 60,000 sq. ft. of own premises at Virar with state of the art sophisticated instruments to provide accurate and reliable results to the consumers and industry. With the growing concern of the consumers towards quality of the food they buy and eat, the importance of food testing has increased tremendously. We work in the area of Food, Water, and Agriculture raw material and product testing.

Quality of the product is an important aspect which effects on the product acceptability and cost. Food quality and safety are crucial parameters for good health and hence food contamination and food adulteration are matter of world-wide apprehension. Water needs a quality check to ensure it adds more benefit to life than harm. We ensure quality and safety of the product with definite testing results generated at our well-equipped testing lab.

Testing is integral for the safety and quality of product. Governments all over the world have brought in place numerous laws and legislations that mandate the industry to ensure the compliance with the quality and safety regulations. Food and water being one of the most important basic needs of human being, are always considered for their quality and purity by consumer. The increasing awareness of the consumers towards product quality and mandating food regulations necessitates testing of the product. This has been inspired us to establish SITEL Laboratory.

SITEL is a food, agro, and water analytical testing laboratory based at Mumbai, India. It is a prerogative of Muez Hest India Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. SITEL Laboratory is a well-equipped research and innovation center approved by DSIR (Department of Industrial and Scientific Research, Govt. of India, New Delhi) and is accreditated with ISO/IEC/17025:2015 from NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, India) for the category food and water testing.

We, at SITEL Laboratory, work on the analytical testing of food, agriculture goods, and water to ensure the quality of the product. We have advanced testing facilities available for nutritional labelling of food, quality evaluation of food and water, detection of bioactive compounds, identification of the adulterants in foods, and determination of shelf stability of the food products. We help consumers to select the right product for healthier and better life with our reliable testing results.

Besides testing, we also work on the new concepts to build nutritional, economical, and sustainable food products which will contribute resolving worldwide issue of hunger and malnutrition.
