DaniilTrifonov comes to the Southbank Centre for one night only

-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- One of the new shining lights in classical music looks set to make a sparkling debut on the London stage this December.

DaniilTrifonov, still only 21 years old, is widely regarded as one of the most outstanding pianists of his generation, and to cement his global reputation as one of the scene's forerunners, he plays a huge debut recital in London's Southbank Centre on December 4th 2012.

Trifonov, from Russia, was winner of the 2011 Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. He'll be playing sonatas by Alexander Scriabin and Liszt for his London show, demonstrating his natural flair for technically difficult yet tender pieces of music, which have garnered him such a strong reputation with critics and fans alike.

For classical music fans and budding pianists, this is an excellent opportunity to see a young master at work, and many will be booking ahead to secure a ticket at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, which start at £10.

Visitors looking for London hotels are advised to check in with LondonTown.com, a website dedicated to sourcing deals and discounts on accommodation and leisure in London.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel London has 73% off rooms at the moment, with offers of £139 for a double on the night of Trifonov's concert; what's more, the hotel is only ten minutes' walk from the Southbank Centre, and in a prime central location.

Or couples can go 5* with a double room at the Royal Horseguards, a Guoman hotel which has 76% off its rooms for two, starting at £238 per night on the 4th December.
