Accela Communications Announces New Branding Initiative for AccelaWorksTM Expanded Functionality and Customer Use Drives Name Change

Press Release Body = Southborough, MA – February 09, 2005. Accela Communications announces the evolution of their web response management system, “AccelaWorks™” (formerly known as LEADS). The system was recently renamed to reflect a broader
range of functionality and applications by customers, as well as the synergy that exists with the AccelaCast™ on-demand rich media platform. Later in the spring, AccelaWorks version 3.0 will be released with enhanced support for building web-based forms in a WYSIWYG fashion, enabling users of all technical levels to create and publish their own forms.

“What started out as a lead generation tool has expanded to include all forms of web based registration and data collection by our customers. As a result, the use of this product has doubled over the last year,” commented Bill Reinstein, President/CEO of Accela Communications.

AccelaWorks can be set up quickly, while seamlessly interfacing with existing web sites or content delivery systems. The registration system, which can be integrated
into any Web site, is available for use on a self-service basis, or companies can choose to have Accela Communications manage the entire process. Follow-up communications such as confirmation or thank you pages can be easily defined, custom reports can be created, and user access can be assigned to various groups with
point-and-click access. Most importantly, data can be ported to other systems, or advanced email delivery instructions can be set up based on individual classification criteria. Data can then be distributed automatically to multiple contacts in real time, nightly or on a weekly basis. Either way, AccelaWorks provides 24 x 7 access to the tools needed to gather information, create reports, analyze response, and distribute data in real-time, for immediate response to market/customer demand.
