-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- The Tampa Bay Business Journal's BusinessWoman of the Year award was given on Friday, August 23rd, 2013 in a Gatsby-themed event at Innisbrook Golf Resort. This year marked the first time that Rose Greenwood, President of EON Systems, Inc., an EHR software company, was nominated by the city.

Rose Greenwood has been with the company since its inception 25 years ago. It started off as a family business and is now a leading national company in the chiropractic, physical therapy and alternative healthcare software field.

It was a tremendous honor to be nominated with some of the Bay Area's most dynamic and successful businesswomen. says Rose Greenwood. I would also like to congratulate Morgan Stanley's Ami Forte and the winners of all the other categories as well, she continues. There are a lot of inspiring business women who are shaping Tampa Bay's business community and especially those, like us, who do so much in helping non-profit causes, thereby improving the quality of life for our communities.

This year marked the 10 th year of the Tampa Bay Business Journal's annual awards honoring the region's most influential businesswomen.

EON Systems offers The Digital Office software, combining The Practice Solution (full-featured practice management & billing software), Documentor (documentation software) and Document Solution (document management and storage).
