In this capacity, Cooper-Bagnall will be responsible for setting the future commercial strategy and driving growth. He will be hands-on leading the sales organization to develop new relationships and win work by clearly demonstrating the value that will be delivered for Proxima’s customers.

Cooper-Bagnall brings to Proxima more than twenty years of outsourcing experience. Most recently, he was with PA Consulting where, for 15 years, he advised FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 executive teams in the UK and North America on sourcing strategies, helping to develop and negotiate multi-billion outsourcing arrangements, thereby transforming clients’ corporate offices through shared services and offshoring. During his time there, he built the sourcing business of PA into one of the world’s leading advisors, working across multiple sectors including life sciences, travel, transportation, energy, financial services, and the UK government.
Previously in his career, while at SHL Systemhouse, an outsourcing firm now part of Hewlett Packard, Cooper-Bagnall was engaged in some of the earliest IT outsourcing initiatives.
