The two companies began working together on the third generation Salespoint’s fast-growing mobile CRM application and have decided to take their partnership to the next level in a cash + equity agreement.
The new partnership provides a solid base for Salespoint’s global expansion, especially now that the mobile-first CRM app is available across all iOS and Android devices. Innofis’ expertise gives Salespoint the power to integrate with any existing CRM platform and their cutting edge development team will help Salespoint pioneer into new channels such as Google Glass.
