Speaking in Tongues, the new album from former Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony front man Bizzy Bone, is making noise in the industry and on the internet.

Released on September 27th, the album had an impressive showing on the Billboard music charts -- debuting at number fifteen on the Independent Album chart, number 183 on the Top 200 Album Sales chart and number 30 on the Rap Album chart. Almost 20,000 AOL Music listeners tuned in to stream the album, as well.

Sales of the album were bolstered by the debut of Bizzy Bone's new web reality show, streamed exclusively on AllHipHop.com. Each webisode has been viewed by tens of thousands of hip-hop lovers who clearly liked what they saw.

“It's people getting to know Bizzy, in the studio, recording the album and other things. People are going to get an in depth look [at him] and get a different side of him -- not what the press perceives him as,” said Jarred Weisfeld, who signed Bizzy to his 845 Entertainment.

Bizzy said that he's going to let the footage speak for itself and hope that it translates into sales of his album and looking at his chart performance, that goal has certainly been realized.

“I ain't never been on no dumb s**t. This is real serious, you know, Speaking in Tongues is spiritual. Ain't nobody here to play no f**kin' games,” the rapper related. “We serious as a heart attack.”

Those backing the project are serious about his success, too. "845 entertainment is very proud of the hard work and determination of Bizzy Bone." Weisfeld continues, " Just seven months ago Bizzy was sleeping at bus stations now he has one of the top Independent Albums in the country. "
