zeeWAVES and Broadsplash Wireless entering partnership agreement to use ZeeWAVES' patent pending Intelligent Antennae and Stealth Signature Security and Authentication technology for Broadsplash deployment of Wireless VoIP network.
Broadsplash Wireless is a Full Service Wireless Broadband Communications Provider currently delivering Wi-VoIP and Wi-Video telephony to under-served and Un-served communities in USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Broadsplash provides consumers with a full featured phone line with unlimited calling in the USA for just a $1 a day and 11Megabits/second Wireless Broadband Internet access for $24.99 monthly.

Dr. Khurshid Qureshi President and CEO of zeeWAVES Systems has mentioned that there is natural fit between zeeWAVES and Broad Splash where zeeWAVES products provide highly efficient and cost effective platform for wireless data and VoIP infrastructure. Dr. Qureshi is looking for long term relation with Broadsplash.

BroadSplash plans on rolling out a 15,000 subscriber network using the zeeWAVES products in Ghana, West Africa this summer; The Wireless network is expected to be operational and readied for launch by October 2004. "This deployment represents the first of several in the pipeline to increase the footprint of our Network" said Michael Thompson, Director of Network Operations.
The letter of intent signed today covers the exclusive use of zeeWAVES' Smart Antenna technology and a purchase many thousand subscriber units.
