Press Release Body: Close on the heels of its marketing expansion into Netherlands,
Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), a provider of Technology Operations Management (TOM)
services, has announced that it has set up a near shore tech support facility in
Wroclaw, Poland. This is Cybernet-SlashSupport\'s first facility in Europe.

Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), which provides IT services including Tech Support,
Remote IMS and Software Testing & Development, employs around 5000 professionals at
its offshore facilities in Chennai and Coimbatore. The company also has a facility
in the US and a redundancy center in Singapore.

As part of this expansion, Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) plans to hire 100 tech
support professionals in the first 6 months. To start with, CSS\' first near shore
facility in Poland will provide multi lingual tech support to two global players in
the telecom space.

Recently, Cybernet- SlashSupport (CSS) had announced a strategic partnership with
Bergler ICT, a Netherlands based IT solutions company to provide offshore tech
support and Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) to Bergler\'s European
customers.

Shiva Ramani, Co-Founder and CEO, Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) said, \"We are on a
nice growth path and are getting into bigger, large sized deals, especially in the
Tech Support and Infrastructure Management Space. The current expansion is a result
of our strategic decision to target the growing European Outsourcing market. Our
technology professionals will provide multi lingual high end tech support out of our
Poland facility.\"

On the reasons for choosing Poland for its first European facility, Shiva Ramani
said, \"A large technical talent pool with multi lingual capability, Government
support to new investments in the country and a long term investment friendly policy
were reasons for us to expand into Poland.\"

Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) has in the last 18 months signed Infrastructure
Management (IM) deals with leading global companies. In December 2006, the company
had signed a IM deal with Blackboard Inc, one of the world\'s largest Education ASP.
In January 2007, the company announced a large multi-year tech support deal with
Nortel Networks to support products across Nortel\'s enterprise voice and data
portfolios. In July 2007, Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) signed an IM tech support deal
with Virgin America, the newest domestic airline in the US.

In mid 2007, Cybernet-SlashSupport(CSS) received funding of $25m led by Goldman Sachs.
