in negotiated, design/build and construction management solutions.
The company is headquartered in Fond du Lac and has offices in Green
Bay and Hazelhurst, Wis., in addition to its new Stevens Point office.
Established in 1988, the company specializes in commercial, industrial
and multi-family construction. Jessie Johnson is director
of business development and oversees operations at the
Stevens Point office.
According to John Schultz, principal owner of the Oakwood
Center business park and a local financial advisor, the
latest round of business openings at Oakwood Center
affirms the popularity of the business park’s collaborative
model.
“We
provide tenants with shared resources and technology to help control
costs and support business growth. With our continued strong leasing
performance and the very positive feedback we’ve received,
we firmly believe that we’re offering something that businesses
value,” Schultz said.
Schultz
said the Oakwood Center business park model is
especially popular with entrepreneurs and small businesses because
by sharing common expenses they can keep their costs down in the
early phases of their business’s development. He added that
by spreading out costs among tenants, each Oakwood Center
building becomes more productive and efficient.
In
addition to the facilities that are currently open, Schultz said
eight more buildings are scheduled to be built for an eventual total
of 10 buildings. When completed, the Oakwood Center business
park will cover nearly 10 acres.
