To be awarded this seal, software applications must passed a rigorous three-part review conducted by an independent technical advisor, the Council’s Product Review Panel, and the Council’s select Product Review Committee. Only after the application is determined to be at the highest levels of accuracy and user-friendliness, usingthe most current technology, and displaying a superior quality of output, completeness of documentation, and exemplary technical support, is it awarded the Council’s Quality Tested Seal.
