pleased to announce the expansion of its Intellectual Property ("IP") Practice Group
with the addition of Associate Murali K. Pasupulati. Pasupulati previously served
as a Senior Attorney in Trademarks and Unfair Competition Law for Deere & Company
from 2006-2008 and as an International Trademark Coordinator in the IP Practice
Group of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company from 2001-2006.

"Murali's inhouse experience and trademark expertise are a valuable addition to our
growing IP Practice Group. His knowledge and experience further strengthens our
practice and enhances the services and skills we provide to our clients," says Bruce
S. Sostek, the Firm's IP Practice Leader.

Pasupulati focuses his practice on intellectual property law and management with
special emphasis on trademarks. He has provided counsel on trademarks, copyrights,
advertising, and claims substantiation issues in North America, Latin America,
Europe, and Asia. He has experience in prosecuting domestic and international
trademark applications, handling the maintenance of trademark dockets, drafting
trademark licenses and other agreements, and providing trademark clearance searches
and opinions. Pasupulati is currently licensed to practice in New York and India.
He is resident in the Firm's Dallas office.
