Ken’s
father was young, but he always taught his children the importance

working as an employee at various companies, including McDonald’s.
Ken’s young mother was wise beyond her years and while she
may have had a ‘poverty of finances’ in her life,
she possessed something of greater value. Mrs. Brown had a wealth
of spirit, which is the legacy that she passed on to Ken. Ken,
now a dedicated husband and father of three boys passes this legacy
on to his children and to the world. Ken’s mother used to
often say, “We lived in poverty, but poverty never lived
in us.” Kenneth Brown talks, walks and manifests the

Kenneth
Brown, a native of Chicago, is the owner and operator of two very
successful McDonald’s restaurants in the Metro-Detroit area.
Ken began his career with ARA Services—a food management
company. During his tenure as assistant director of Food Service,
Ken developed a passion for leadership and excellence. Ken spent
the next 12 years working in many facets of the food service industry.
He has held many positions including general manager for Wendy’s,
sales manager for Kraft Foods and sales consultant for the Asmussen
Waxler group and McDonald’s Corporation.
