You can watch the video by either visiting WatchMeFranchise.com or by streaming the video directly at YouTube.com/RoniLynnDeutch.
"Successful small business owners come from all walks of life," notes the video's host, Amanda Scarr. "But as different as small business owners can be, they usually exhibit a few fundamental traits that are common among all successful business owners."
Below are short summaries of each "habit". To watch the full video head over to YouTube.com/RoniDeutch.
1. Always Motivated Everyone knows that you need motivation and drive to be successful in life. However, when you are running a small business, you will need to be able to not only motivate yourself, but motivate your employees as well.
2. Goal Oriented Successful business owners are always goal oriented - they know what they want to achieve and how long it will take them to get there.
3. Time Management Skills When you own a small business, time equals money. If you want your business to be a success you will need to understand time management.
4. Money Management Skills In addition to managing time, as a small business owner, you also need to be able to properly manage your money.
5. Pay Attention to Personal Health Too many small business owners often forget to take care of their health when things get busy. Poor nutrition can lead to a lack of energy and being susceptible to colds and the flu.
6. Ability to Adapt Having the ability to adapt is one of the most common habits of successful business owners. When something is not turning a profit, you need to be able to quickly drop it from your business and move on.
7. Risk Takers Successful business owners need to be confident in taking risks. You have to take risks to reap rewards.
8. Communication Skills Being able to communicate well with others is a must. In addition to communicating with your staff and customers, you also need to be able to network with other business owners.
9. Open to Suggestions In addition to being able to communicate with others, you also need to be able to listen. No one is ever-right 100% of the time, and there are times that even the most successful business owner will need to heed the advice of others.
10. Work Long Hours Do not make the mistake of thinking that just because you own a business that you will be able to take tons of time off. Successful business owners are committed to their business and frequently work 60 or even 80-hour weeks.

The site features regular video blog entries in addition to advice articles designed to help any small business owner, regardless of their industry.
"My companies pride themselves on staying current with the latest Internet marketing techniques," claims Roni Deutch. "When we began selling franchises, I wanted to find a way to give our franchisees a voice, and a video blog seemed like the obvious choice. Since it's launch, WatchMeFranchise.com has become a popular resource for business owners and has been viewed by thousands of people seeking help with the franchise process."
