The real estate market did slow down over the summer but the last two weeks of August Sloan Realty & Management had an increase in calls from people looking to purchase condos and single family properties. The sales associates are looking for a better fall with the low interest rates and real estate prices back to the 2001, 2002 price levels. Also, there is plenty of inventory, that means the sellers will negotiate their price in order to sell first.
