Thomas Cook launched its first edition 2010 brochures for
Thomas Cook Summersun and Thomas Cook Families alongside June edition
brochures for bespoke destinations on 25th June 2009. These brochures
complete the Thomas Cook portfolio for Summer 2010, with the long haul
brochures having launched earlier this month.
Featuring holidays available to book up until October 2010, the new edition
brochures - Thomas Cook Summersun 2010 – 1st Edition; Thomas Cook Families 2010 –
1st Edition; Thomas Cook Weddings – June Edition; Thomas Cook Turkey – June Edition;
Thomas Cook Greece & Cyprus – June Edition; Thomas Cook Egypt & Tunisia – June Edition
- offer a range of savings, including up to £300 discount per holiday for early
bookers.
To make family holidays more exciting in 2010, Thomas Cook has introduced AquaMania to its
summer 2010 brochures – highlighting hotels with the best swimming pools and slides
for guaranteed fun in the sun. All Thomas Cook hotels featuring the AquaMania logo
are guaranteed to be loaded with a variety of thrilling waterslides, twisting flumes
and water playgrounds. For the ultimate water babies, some even have their own
water park with lagoon pools, lazy rivers and endless slides all included in the
price of the holiday.
Main brochure highlights include:
• Thomas Cook Summersun 2010 – 1st Edition
Reflecting the growing popularity for all inclusive properties amongst customers
looking for tighter control over their holiday budgets, Thomas Cook has increased
its all inclusive offerings for 2010 across a number of destinations including the
Canaries, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus and Egypt. For the first time, Nile Cruising is now
also available on an all inclusive basis on board the SENTIDO MS Mahrousa, part of
Thomas Cook’s exclusive hotel brand.
The Venetian Riviera in Italy is also new to Thomas Cook Summersun 2010, with a
choice of three hotels in the popular beach resort of Lido di Jesolo offering the
chance to combine a beach break with an excursion to Venice.
Thomas Cook’s range of SENTIDO hotels and resorts have been added to in 2010 with
the introduction of the brand new 5 star SENTIDO Michelangelo in Kos. SENTIDO
hotels and resorts are already available in Egypt, the Canaries, the Balearics,
Greece, Cyprus, Kenya and Turkey.
Seven nights at the 3 star Casas Del Lago Hotel in Cala N Bosch Menorca on self
catering basis, departing 30th September – 20th October 2010, costs from £249 per
person flying from London Gatwick (based on 6 adults sharing).
• Thomas Cook Families 2010 – 1st Edition
Family holidays are set to be more exciting in 2010, with the introduction of Thomas
Cook’s AquaMania hotels, currently available in Egypt, Turkey, Jamaica and Greece.
Hotels featuring the AquaMania logo offer a variety of waterslides, twisting flumes
and water playgrounds.
Club:KidsWORLD arrives in Zakynthos next summer at the Caretta Beach and Stella
Palace in Crete. A new Club:KidsWORLD will also be available at the Mareblue
Cosmopolitan in Rhodes.
New Sunstar Resorts, offering activities for kids, space for grown-ups and
entertainment for all, are now available at the Hi! Binimar Resort in Menorca and
Hi! Bouganvilla Park in Majorca. Sunstar Resorts are also available in Ibiza,
Fuerteventura and Portugal.
In Egypt, Thomas Cook is offering free kids’ places at six of its top
family-friendly all inclusive hotels in Sharm el Sheikh, El Quseir, Hurghada and
Taba. Places are subject to availability and valid for departures from November
2009 – October 2010.
Seven nights at the 4 star Grand Oasis Marien, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic on
all inclusive basis, departing 1st – 23rd June 2010, costs from £699 per person
flying from London Gatwick.
• Thomas Cook Weddings – June Edition
For the June edition brochure, Thomas Cook has extended its weddings programme in
Kenya to include a Swahili Dhow Wedding package, allowing couples to exchange vows
on board a traditional Swahili Dhow flowerboat.
Mexico’s wedding options have also been added to, with two new packages available in
Cancun at the Temptations Resort & Spa and Excellence Playa Mujeres. The Dominican
Republic meanwhile features two new wedding packages at the Iberostar Bavaro and the
Victoria Golf & Beach Resort.
Wedding packages at Victoria Golf & Beach Resort in Summer 2010 start from £729 and
include special touches such as breakfast in bed the day after your wedding and a
special a la carte wedding dinner.

• Thomas Cook Turkey – June Edition: 13 new all inclusive 3, 4 and 5 star hotels
have been added to the new June Edition brochure. The brochure also features six
AquaMania properties including the ever popular LykiaWorld in Olu Deniz which is
exclusive to Thomas Cook in the UK for Summer 2010, along with its sister property,
the impressive 5 star LykiaWorld, Antalya.
• Thomas Cook Egypt & Tunisia – June Edition: Six new properties have been added to
Thomas Cook’s Egypt portfolio in Taba and Taba Heights – all within close proximity
to an 18 hole PGA golf course and some of Egypt's best dive sites.
