Family Holidays specialists Butlins have taken a step back in time for their popular adults only BIG Weekends this month and in April. Two weekends over the next two months have been set aside for the decades we all grew up in: The 70s and the 80s!

With musical acts and talented tribute performers from both decades performing at their respective weekend you’ll be able to enjoy all the hits you remember from the golden age of big disco hits and questionable fashion sense.

In the last weekend in March (26th – 29th) at Butlins in Minehead there’s the “I love the 70s” BIG weekend where for the low price of £75 per person you can not benefit from the top notch accommodation and facilities but also enjoy all live entertainment during your stay.

Acts like Alvin Stardust, The Brotherhood of Man as well as Richard Streets Temptations and Les McKeown’s Bay City Rollers are all performing the songs we remember them for, as well as a hit line-up of tribute acts to 70s favourites T-Rex, ABBA and Tom Jones.

Next Month on the 16th April we fast forward to the 1980s when Bubble perms and shell suits ruled supreme. 80s favourites Bananarama, Toyah Willcox, Bad Manners and Musical Youth are all performing at Butlins’ resort in Skegness at an even lower cost of £57pp per break.

All Butlins BIG weekends are available for booking now, all guests must be over 18 and so this is perfect for parents to have a weekend away remembering their own youthful days.
