Warner Leisure Hotels has been named the UK's favourite

and has been named the Which? Recommended Provider of UK Hotels.
Warner Leisure Hotels topped the table which included Hilton, MacDonald and Premier
Inn, scoring an outstanding 76% for customer satisfaction and likelihood to
recommend.
Which? Travel readers particularly appreciated the good customer service they
received when staying at one of the chain's thirteen UK hotels, giving Warner
Leisure Hotels an overall score of four out of five stars.
Exclusively for adults, Warner Leisure Hotels enjoys an occupancy rate of over 90%
throughout the year across its portfolio of 13 properties.
Jim Forward, managing director of Warner Leisure Hotels said: "We're really proud
to have been given such fantastic scores by the Which? Travel readers and are
grateful for this tremendous accolade. Each year we receive around half a million
guests so it's brilliant to have been recognised for our outstanding customer
service, as it is something that is very important us.
"With more and more people choosing UK breaks and rediscovering Britain we're
expecting an increase in the number of guests we receive this year - with this
survey in mind we plan to keep working hard to make sure they stay completely
satisfied with the service we offer."
Notes to Editors:
The Which? research asked readers to rate hotels on three criteria: cleanliness,
customer service and value-for-money. The results for the three categories were then
compared with average prices for room-only and bed and breakfast, to create a
percentage score.
