Online comparator gives smartphone users new tool for sourcing and comparing car hire wherever they are

6 October 2011 – Award-winning car hire price comparator Carrentals.co.uk has this week introduced a new app for iPhone smartphone users to help them source car hire from all the industry’s leading suppliers - no matter where they are.

The company - which helps travellers source car hire from all the leading names including Alamo, Auto Europe, Budget, Ebookers, Hertz, Holiday Autos, Opodo, Sixt and Thrifty - has produced the new app to help Carrentals.co.uk users find cheap car rental through their iPhones.

For added peace of mind, once the user has completed a booking using the iPhone app they then receive a reference number sent to the handset - plus also a voucher via email. Carrentals.co.uk iPhone app users can also log on to make cancellations or amendments to a booking using the app.
