Press Release Body = A brilliant new catalog of fine art reproductions, Imaginary Botanicals from the studio of Craig Stover has just been released by Xlibris Publishing. This book contains many full color reproductions of Stover’s vivid and fantastic artworks. The pictures were all produced in the 2 years following September 11, 2001. Together with his introduction to the specimen collections at
the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia and the artists’ own experimentation with color and form, a uniquely imaginative series of works evolved. The book is accompanying a touring exhibition of the work that is currently in Chicago’s Lux Gallery and will return to Philadelphia’s PII Gallery in May 2005.
