July 11, 2013, 3:21 pm -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- The Hyatt Regency Greenwich Housekeeping associates will be will be working on collecting and recycling soap and bottled amenities and redistributing hygiene products to those in need– joining Hyatt colleagues around the world in an effort to give back to their local communities. On average, the hotel’s associates have spent 96 hours over the past year working on community projects in Greenwich.
This volunteer day is a key tenet of Hyatt Thrive and part of Hyatt’s Global Volunteer Initiative, which is a brand-wide effort that encourages Hyatt associates to improve the many communities around the world that they call home.
Hyatt Thrive empowers over 90,000 associates at more than 480 properties around the world to help communities do one thing – Thrive – by focusing on four areas: environmental sustainability; economic development and investment; education and personal advancement; and health and wellness.
