-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- The Apprentice winner, Ricky Martin, has chosen CV-Library as his agency's key generic job board supplier for the second year running.

Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) has grown from strength to strength over the past 12 months thanks to the powerful partnership between Martin and Lord Alan Sugar. The core industry HRS covers is science and alongside CV-Library they use a variety of recruitment platforms in order to locate the best candidates for these specialist roles.

Martin, Managing Director of HRS: It's great to have CV-Library as our generic job board of choice for the second year running; they've consistently provided HRS with a fantastic level of applications and quality candidates.

What makes CV-Library stand out the most is the high level of customer service and support they offer the team here at HRS. They regularly contact us with updates on our campaigns and suggest new ideas to improve results or increase engagement rates. I'm really looking forward to partnering with CV-Library again and running more successful recruitment campaigns.

Sugar chose Martin out of a strong team of 15 budding entrepreneurs during last year's series of The Apprentice and awarded him with a £250k business start-up fund. Martin entered the recruitment market with passion and drive and the future for HRS looks very positive.

Lee Biggins, Manager Director at CV-Library: This partnership highlights how generic job boards can work so well for agencies recruiting in specific sectors. Even though we attract candidates across all sectors we still focus on getting our clients' jobs in front of the most relevant candidates, no matter how niche or specialised the position.

CV-Library has been helping HRS fill a variety of positions, from high level engineers and scientists to operations assistants and project managers.

It's the perfect time for HRS to be re-partnering with CV-Library; as the job board's largest offline marketing campaign is due to launch next month, including national TV, London Underground and adverts at popular city train stations. They're attracting more candidates than ever before and recent record-breaking traffic has resulted in their database reaching 6.5 million CVs.
