2022London, England, March 07, 2014 -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Every year the AIIC hold a competition 'Inventory Clerk of the year awards' voted by landlords and letting agents. Last year we were delighted to come in as runner up but this year we want to win it!
We are full members of our governing body the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks - AIIC
In order to become a full member and recognized by them they require that the clerk has to attend their intensive weekend course or be experienced for two years and recommended by two agents. In addition they require sample reports for approval and copies of professional indemnity and public liability policies.
Our clerks have all been trained personally by our MD Steve to ensure that reports are of a high standard and detailed. They are not allowed to go out on their own until they have demonstrated that they are up to our exacting standards. They regularly attend refresher courses at the AIIC on inventory makes, check in's, check outs and mid term inspections to ensure we are up to date with new legislation and stated cases from the TDS and DPS.
As an association we are committed to excellence and professionalism in the property inventory process and work hard to ensure that all landlords, tenants and letting agents understand the importance and benefits of professionally completed property inventories.
You will appreciate the value of instructing an expert AIIC independent inventory clerk to avoid unnecessary costs and legal disputes and make every party aware of its responsibilities. You will also have confidence that government regulations are being adhered to and have a professional partner with specialist knowledge.
