Hernandez, indicated that the two will merge their current business operations to form JBH-Tesla Design Group, Inc. and Tesla-JBH CADD Services, Inc.
The new companies will be combine of services that had been previously offered separately; services such as a wide array of CADD Services, Architectural Design, Engineering, BIM (Building Information Modeling) Services, MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) Services, Construction Management Services, and a host of others surely to be of interest to both current and future customers.
