For Trade-In Tech, Spokane is our home. We started here; we’ve grown and networked here. It’s fair to say we wouldn’t have made it this far without the excellent business colleagues we’ve worked with. With that being said, it only makes sense for us to expand our horizons into larger populated areas to more accurately target our specific customer demographic.
White Glove Service
We’re currently in the development process of what we’re calling our “white glove service” in which we aim to offer a quicker process for selling your device. Our proprietary application and network of agents will offer face-to-face transactions and payment via pre-paid Master or Visa debit cards. In March, we sent three members of the Trade-In Tech Team to Phoenix, Arizona to network in a larger market and test our new ideas. It was a blatant success! We’ve decided to aggressively move forward with this concept starting with Seattle. Beginning April 21st, we’re sending two members of our team to The Emerald City. We hope for similar success here in our home state, and are striving to have this new and exciting division of our business fully developed by late summer.

Our goal is to offer the easiest and most efficient way to get the most out of your used electronics. With this expansion, we’re going to be seeking individuals with substantial experience in the technology industry. These individuals will offer all the services we provide online, in your local area. Our current target is to open operation in three locations, and eventually expand from there. Our goal is to expand into every US city with a population over 200,000, making our new service available to as many potential customers possible.
