New York, New York, November 19, 2014 -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Ever since the 2009 release of “Pressure,” which served as Hassahn Phenomenon’s debut album, where Emilio Bucks served as the Executive Producer, the streets, industry, and everyone else have been wondering… what happened to Chicago’s dynamic duo? The answer to that question is SENIOR CLASS!

Together, Emilio Bucks and Hassahn Phenomenon have formed the Producer/Songwriter tandem, SENIOR CLASS. The name speaks for itself and the duo is ecstatic to be working together again. With one single “Finding You” already receiving spins on WGCI and other radio mediums, Senior Class has done it again with a music placement in the highly anticipated Lifetime movie, “Aaliyah – The Princess of R&B.”

The song, “Down & Up” originally appeared on the “Pressure” album and is slated to breathe again via the Original Lifetime Movie. The song is a reflective hip-hop piece that features Hassahn Phenomenon lyrical gifts while R&B crooner, Patrick Fenison provides soulful essence on the hook. Produced by Emilio Bucks, “Down & Up” is a song that truly embodies and defines what it means to be SENIOR CLASS.

Emilio and Hassahn are truly honored to be part of the project that is paying homage to the beloved Aaliyah. When asked about his feelings on the placement, Emilio said, “We are truly blessed, humbled, and privileged to play a small part in such a significant life story.”

Collectively Hassahn and Emilio have secured music placements on virtually every major network including, NBC, ABC, HBO, FOX, Spike TV and more. The duo has also secured placements via film with the most recent placement in the critically acclaimed documentary film, DEMOS. Emilio Bucks and Hassahn Phenomenon have also worked with the likes of Jodeci, Chaka Khan, Michelle Williams, The Avila Brothers, Flo-Rida, and many more. The dynamic duo is ecstatic to be working together again and will be releasing the upcoming EP, “Life Moves Pretty Fast.” The project is adult contemporary hip-hop with a Chitown essence that is scintillating enough for the grown & sexy yet edgy enough for the young & the restless.
