Osborn & Mckenzie International Appoints Mario Strauss to Client Services Head

LONDON, August 3, 2015 -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- After four fruitful years expanding and directing Osborn & Mckenzie International’s Client Support and Implementation groups, Mario Strauss has been appointed Client Services Head. Acknowledging the hard work on process enhancement and team building perspective, Osborn & Mckenzie International’s execution processes has brought about outstanding results.

“Strauss is very effective at making teams and supporting our customers so much so that referring Osborn & Mckenzie International to their connections and acquaintances comes naturally without any reservations. We have grown our client base through increased referrals over the past years and Strauss has been a huge contributor to that,” remarked Gregory Hudson, VP.

Moving forward, Strauss will be leading the efforts in compering local user meetings in addition to the kick-off of Osborn & Mckenzie International’s Partner Training Hub. Expected to come out in 3 months’ time, Partner Training Hub is a next generation educational hub providing the latest, complete product facets and workflow training to help users in gaining more value and efficiency in the use of our systems and applications.

“The tasks at hand are very challenging because we are talking about the quality experience aspect that clients must get and feel from the services and products that we offer. I am however confident that we can make things happen because I will be working with highly skilled teams,” Strauss said.
