first quarter of 2005. The revenue increase was due to sales of team licenses to major corporations and increased interest in CodeFutures' product offering due to the addition of important new functionality that broadens its target market.

CodeFutures continued to add new high profile reference customers, including FedEx Corporation, The Walt Disney Company, the US Department of Defense, Alliance Data
Systems Corporation, South Carolina Department of Corrections, First American Corporation, and Mitre Corporation.

"We are particularly happy to see a large sales increase that is directly a result of a new sales strategy. The CodeFutures sales profile has changed significantly.
