Press Release Summary = Long Island – Local business person and entrepreneur, Sheila Minkel, of Westhampton, NY has produced “The Hampton’s Undressed Calendar.” The glossy, high-end wall calendar is the first of its kind for the Hampton’s area. “The Hampton’s Undressed” is an 18-month calendar spanning July 05 through December 06. Each month contains a photograph of one of the many special towns, places, and faces of the Hamptons.

Press Release Body = The images were shot during the winter, summer, spring, and fall to represent the flavor of the Hamptons year-round. Minkel, a real estate agent plans to donate a portion of the proceeds from the calendar sales to the “Southampton Champions for Change”, which benefits select charitable organizations both locally and nationally. Additionally, all charitable organizations can purchase the calendar for half-price and sell it as a fundraiser for their organization.

The photographs were taken by Rafael Fuchs, whose photography has provided instrumental roles for dozens of prestigious international corporations, fashion and life style magazines, as well as Hollywood icons and celebrities. Rafael has earned
many honors including the 1997,1998, and 1999 “Award of Excellence" by Communication Arts.

“I wanted to make this product for both locals and tourists to enjoy,” says Minkel. “It doubles as a fashionable souvenir product for summer visitors and as a functional calendar for locals to own because has an extensive listing of upcoming Hamptons events and dates. Photographer Rafael Fuchs notes that this is a decidedly appropriate gift for someone fond of the area because “the calendar accurately portrays several the historical significance of several landmarks while conveying the unique local culture.”

“I believe there is a strong possibility that the first ever Hampton’s Calendar may become sought after collectable-art,” says Robert Gettling, Owner of The Dock House Restaurant which is located on Long Wharf in Sag Harbor area. “It’s beautiful, functional, and the first of its kind--plus it benefits charity.” I also think it will benefit the area by showing people just how each of the beautiful areas in the Hamptons really looks like.

Special limited-edition prints signed by the photographer will be sold alongside of the calendar on-line at www.hamptonsundressed.com and at select retailers in the Hamptons this summer for $20.00. Deductible charitable contributions and donations
