With a shortage of the vaccine in 2004, most pharmacies decided against providing the vaccine to customers. However, Kerr Drug supplied flu vaccinations - with careful adherence to CDC guidelines limiting vaccines to persons identified as high risk - becoming the only local pharmacy to supply this important service to the public.
